A lovely morning spent wandering at Tràigh Griais and the cemetery with family, remembering our loved ones, each taking a moment and placing a cream rose for each of them. The waters were turquoise and warm with sparkling ripples of sunshine as we headed up to the river where I put a rose in to remember my Mum. We finished the morning with a carvery, stories of the island and more family connections made.
So sad to be leaving the island again but I’ll be back soon
