The rest of the day took us to Skara Brae, Yesanby Cliffs, the Ring of Brodgar and Stenness Stones. I think storm Otto has returned part two, all our kit is sodden even the spare stuff. Skara Brae is absolutely amazing and is the best preserved Neolithic settlement in Western Europe. I had planned the Walk Highlands route for the Ring of Brodgar and Stenness Stones but once at the stones the weather turned for the worse with wind increasing and driving rain I called it a day and just drove to the Stenness Stones. Another amazing day exploring Orkney!
