A lovely and very dreich morning spent in Paisley doing the Mural Trail and historic tales walk, taking in the street art and Helen’s fantastic knowledge of the city from architecture, Robert the Bruce, the mill industry and the witches well. Each story told of the past, present and future of this historic town with added local flair added to the wee tour, I felt like I was walking in the steps of my grandfather as a boy who was born we think in the old tenements in Love Street. I love exploring where my ancestors are from and it makes me proud to call Scotland my home!
