Only two of us for the Ormond Castle and Woodland Hill Trigpoint walk tonight, just as well as the hunt for the Trigpoint was a bit of an adventure. The paths barely exist in places for the Woodhill Circuit and are not well defined as they look on OS Maps so a seek and you shall find mission ensued. Always good to practice a bit of navigation, we found the trig and guessed our steps back to the main path and were rewarded with a cracking sunset above the rapeseed fields! 5 miles, a trig and a bag of chips! Tuesday night is adventure night.
