It was a very wet 4 mile stomp with a detour along the cycle path as parts of the loch side were flooded. Interesting to visit Castle Semple and read its history even in the rain. I got back to the car looking like I’d climbed out of a swimming pool with my clothes on 
and I seemed to take the bad weather with me too on the drive home as well!
