A solo wander this morning doing Cassley/Achness Falls, at the start of the walk there is a fantastic community built log cabin which provides an abundance of information on local facts and wildlife. I bumped into Katrina Evans and Treacle 
and had a lovely chat before the skies opened with heavy rain. Three miles looking like a drowned rat ensued, catching the falls at their finest amongst the autumnal colours. I abandoned the idea of the second walk of the Carbisdale Castle circuit for a brighter day.
