I’m off exploring the East Neuk for the remainder of the holidays and had planned to tick off some small sections of the Fife Coastal Path, however with the weather warnings in place I’ll have to change our plans.
We stopped in St Andrews today and did the Town and Gown circuit taking us to all the nooks and crannies of this historic city. The walk did not disappoint and we explored the castle and had ice cream in the highly recommended Jannettas with more choice than a paint pallette on the wall. The cathedral is undergoing structural assessments and parts are closed to the public so I’ll have to explore another time. This is a fantastic walk for an urban explore full of history and medieval character.
